By using SNUBBD Mail, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Who This Service Is For

SNUBBD Mail is intended for:

  • Athletes

  • Parents or guardians acting on behalf of athletes

The service is not intended for children under the age of 13.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account Information

When you sign up or log in using Google, we collect:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your Google profile information

This information is used solely to authenticate your account and provide access to the service.

3.2 Email Content You Provide

We store only the email data you explicitly create or upload, including:

  • Email subject lines

  • Email body content

  • Recipient email addresses

  • A unique open-tracking identifier (if enabled)

We do not read, scan, or analyze your Gmail inbox.

3.3 Optional Profile Information

You may optionally provide additional information (such as athletic background, academic details, or preferences) to personalize AI-assisted features. Providing this information is entirely optional.

4. How We Use Google OAuth & Gmail API Data

SNUBBD Mail uses Google OAuth and the Gmail API only to:

  • Send emails on your behalf exactly as configured by you

  • Send emails at scheduled times you define

  • Support user-created email sequences

Important Clarifications:

  • Emails are sent only after explicit user action

  • You may pause or stop email sending at any time

  • We do not:

    • Read your inbox

    • Modify existing emails

    • Delete emails

    • Send emails you did not create or approve

SNUBBD Mail’s use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Email Scheduling & Automation

Emails may be sent immediately or scheduled for future delivery based on your settings. Automated sending occurs only within user-defined schedules and intervals.

You retain full control and may stop or disconnect email sending at any time.

6. Email Open Tracking

SNUBBD Mail offers optional email open tracking.

If enabled:

  • We track whether an email was opened

  • We record the time of the open event

  • Tracking is performed using a non-identifying tracking ID

We do not collect IP addresses, location data, or device fingerprints.

Open tracking is optional and controlled by the user.

7. AI-Assisted Features

SNUBBD Mail may use AI (powered by Google Gemini) to:

  • Generate or suggest email drafts

  • Improve or rewrite email content

  • Suggest outreach strategies

AI features are:

  • Optional

  • Triggered only at user request

Any data sent to the AI system is used only for real-time content generation and is not used to train models.

8. Data Storage & Retention

We retain user data:

  • Until you delete it

  • Or until you delete your account

Deleting a campaign deletes all associated email content. Deleting your account permanently removes all stored data.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data.

We share limited data only with:

  • Google (authentication and Gmail sending)

  • Stripe (email address only, for payment processing)

  • Google Cloud / Firebase (secure hosting and infrastructure)

10. International Users

SNUBBD Mail is available internationally. Data may be processed in the United States.

11. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect user data, including encrypted storage and secure access controls.

12. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access your data

  • Delete campaigns

  • Disconnect Google access

  • Delete your account at any time
