3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All email content is created or approved by you

  • You have permission to contact recipients

  • You will not use the service for spam or unlawful messaging

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account

4. Google Account Connection

You authorize SNUBBD Mail to connect to your Google account solely for sending emails you configure.

You may revoke access at any time through:

  • Your account settings

  • Google account permissions

5. Email Sending & Scheduling

Emails are sent only according to your instructions. SNUBBD Mail does not guarantee delivery, open rates, or responses.

You may pause or stop email sending at any time.

6. AI-Assisted Features

AI features are optional and provided to assist with drafting and planning. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

SNUBBD Mail offers free and paid plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at checkout.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer

SNUBBD Mail is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding recruitment outcomes or email performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNUBBD Mail shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
